PRINCE2® Certification

PRINCE2® is a long established approach to managing projects. It is the structured project management method from Axelos, custodians of a number of other management best practice frameworks including ITIL®. PRINCE2 is generic and can be applied to any kind of project being scalable, tailorable and business-driven.

The Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification is now established as an external competence measure by organisations in the UK and around the world in countries such as the Netherlands, Australia, Italy, Japan, Canada and many more. Widely used in public, private and third sectors, organisations that have adopted PRINCE2® have claimed that they have been able to achieve greater customer satisfaction during and at the end of projects, to reduce costs and to realise greater benefit from project deliverables.

In January 2017, AXELOS announced the upcoming arrival of updated PRINCE2® guidance and new Foundation and Practitioner examinations. Together, these form the PRINCE2 2017 update and represent the first major revision of PRINCE2 since 2009.

This important update reinforces PRINCE2’s reputation for best practice in project management. As ever, the focus is on what makes a successful project.
